A young couple were busted for being naked on a South Carolina beach after they went skinny dipping and someone stole their clothes.
Cops found Jasmine Kim Walton, 21, and Kyle Martin Schnoebelen, 22 — both from Virginia — wandering the sands of North Myrtle Beach in their birthday suits at 3 a.m. Sunday.
Officers said Walton was “uncooperative and argumentative” and refused to reveal her name or address, according to the Washington Post.
She was also slurring and smelled of alcohol, leaving police to think she was “grossly intoxicated.”
Walton was charged with public disorderly conduct and public nudity. Schnoebelen was charged solely with public nudity.
A custodial manager at Disney’s Port Orleans resort is accused of watching child porn at work while writing an Easter sermon for a Sanford church where he is the pastor.
Cedric Eugene Cuthbert, pastor of the Historic St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church in Sanford, worked for Disney for more than seven years before his arrest. He has since been fired.
An employee-relations manager at Disney was alerted last month when Cuthbert, 49, tried to access several blocked websites from his work computer, the manager told Orange County deputies.
Disney’s monitoring system takes screen shots of employee computers every three seconds and recorded Cuthbert writing an Easter Sunday church sermon on John chapter 13 verses 1-35 and Psalm 148 while loading pornographic YouTube videos involving teenage girls.
That portion of the book of John tells the story of Jesus’ prediction of Judas’ betrayal and Psalm 148 tells all people to praise the Lord above all else.

Cuthbert faces charges of possession of material including sexual conduct by a child and soliciting a child for unlawful sexual conduct using a computer.
According the his arrest affidavit, Cuthbert wrote a letter of apology to Disney officials, but there were no details about what was in the letter. He also told investigators that he didn’t specifically search for child porn. Instead, he said he simply opened links that were sent to him via YouTube, the report states.
Cuthbert worked an overnight shift at the Disney resort from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. the arrest affidavit states. He logged in with his employee credentials during a time when no other employees would have been at work, deputies said.
After watching one video, Cuthbert sent a message to the person who posted the video to YouTube that said, “You are so cute!… Keep making vids! Send me a private vid longer, I am a big fan of yours!”
Cuthbert is being held in the Orange County Jail on $12,500 bail.
While Freddie Gibbs and Blood Raw are no longer on the label, CTE World (a/k/a Corporate Thugz Entertainment) is further growing its roster. Young Jeezy’s imprint announced this week that Doughboyz Cashout are the latest act to join the Atlanta, Georgia-based label. CTE is now under Atlantic Records, following Jeezy’s Sr. VP A&R appointment, after a five-plus-year tenure under Def Jam Records.
“I saw Detroit, I saw some kids that did all the work. They did all the work and I just wanted to show the world what they were working on,” Young Jeezy told WJLB 97.9 by phone, as reported by MTV Rap Fix. “Detroit bred some great hustlers, some great talent from Eminem to Big Sean, but now it’s time for the ghetto superstars.”
The Michigan quartet includes HBK, Payroll, Doughboy Quis and Doughboy Dre.
CTE’s last release was Young Jeezy’s own TM103 (Thug Motivation 103), in December of 2011.

It has been just over three months since Bronx, New York native emcee Tim Dog died. The 46-year-old born Timothy Blair passed away in Atlanta, Georgia on February 14, from what is believed to be a diabetic seizure. At the time of his death, the former Ruffhouse Records artist and longtime Ultramagnetic MC’s affiliate was the subject of a grand larceny investigation, which was later featured on “Dateline NBC.”
One of his alleged victims, Southhaven Mississippi’s Esther Pilgrim, is skeptical of his death. Pilgrim told CBS News’ Memphis, Tennessee affiliate WREG that Tim Dog was paying her $100 per month, after a judge ordered him to do so for what she calls “a swindled business deal.” Those payments were made from 2011 until the time of the “Fuck Compton” rapper’s death.
A skeptical Pilgrim says she investigated the death reports in February of this year to no avail. “They weren’t able to find any record of his death.” The news outlet’s own investigator was also unable to find documentation of Tim’s death. Pilgrim, who believes that Tim Dog owes various victims upwards of $2 million, has reportedly hired a private investigator.
While a New York City funeral was held for Tim Dog by his family days after his death, longtime collaborator Kool Keith expressed his own shock and disbelief upon hearing the tragic news.
Rock The Bells 2013 features a lineup of some of Rap’s most iconic figures, as well as some of its most promising acts. Bone thugs-n-harmony, E-40, Too $hort, Juicy J, Rakim, Tech N9ne, Talib Kweli and Wu-Tang Clan are among the veteran acts slated to perform at the festival, which is celebrating its 10-year anniversary and is scheduled to kick off September 7 and 8 at the San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino, California.
Big K.R.I.T., Black Hippy, Bodega Bamz, Brother Ali, Common, Curren$y, Danny Brown, Dilated Peoples, Dizzy Wright, Dom Kennedy, Earl Sweatshirt, Flatbush Zombies, Hit Boy, Hopsin, Immortal Technique, Jhene Aiko, Jurassic 5, Kid Cudi, Lecrae, Prof and Snow Tha Product are among the other acts on the bill.
“We have curated a multi-generational line-up that includes the best and brightest artists in the genre,” says Chang Weisberg, owner and founder of Guerilla Union, the company that puts on Rock The Bells. “It is not just great Hip Hop music. It’s great music, period. It’s a collection of artists who represent, respect and recognize everything that Rock The Bells…has accomplished in its storied history.”
Rock the Bells plans to add a new wrinkle to its shows this year by having virtual performances of the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard with Wu-Tang Clan and the late Eazy-E with his proteges Bone thugs-n-harmony. “This is not only a dream come true for the fans, but for me as well,” Weisberg says. “I would have never dreamt of the day, nor the technology, for this to come to fruition. Thanks to Dr. John Acunto and his team at Gig-It, they are going to help bring these two legendary rappers back to life. But, we will set the standard only approved by [ODB's mother] Cherry Jones and [Eazy-E's widow] Tomica Wright. This virtual performance is especially important for the legendary New York crew. The first year of Rock the Bells in 2004 was the last major performance all Wu-Tang Clan members had together before Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s untimely passing. Now, 10 years later, they will be reunited on the same stage at Rock the Bells for their 20-year anniversary.”
Rock The Bells will at be the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California September 14 and 15. The event will make its first stops at the RFK Festival Grounds in Washington, D.C., September 28 and 29 and at the Meadowlands Racetrack in East Rutherford, New Jersey October 4 and 5.
As is Rock The Bells tradition, freestyle rapper Supernatural delivered the festival’s lineup with a verse that included each artist by name at the Sixth Annual Press Conference and Launch Party, which was held in Los Angeles Tuesday (May 14). The next announcement of artists on the Rock The Bells bill will be made in June at a New York press conference and launch party.
