Rihanna Deals With Latest Chris Brown Breakup By Smoking Kush In The Club
We all deal with adversity in different way. For Rihanna, coping with another alleged break up with Chris Brown apparently means puffing on some kush in the club. Role model much?
TMZ reports:
Rihanna’s gone up in smoke after calling it quits with Chris Brown … ripping a fat blunt inside a Hollywood nightclub early Monday morning … and TMZ has the pic.
Sources inside Greystone Manor nightclub tell us, Rihanna arrived around 1am with her assistant and security guard … and pretty much kept to herself. She left an hour or so later.
As we reported, Rihanna and Chris Brown are officially broken up … but our sources say it’s nothing new for the on-again-off-again couple. We’re told they’ll be back together in no time.
You might call it a chronic problem.
In news that actually has to deal with music, Rihanna’s next album will be released by Roc Nation proper. Yesterday, Jay-Z announced that Roc Nation has formed a partnership with Universal Music Group, where it will function as its own standalone label.
The “Unfaithful” singer is currently on her Diamonds World Tour. Check out a photo of Rih Rih smoking that green on the next page.

Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience Sells Almost 1 Million Copies Its 1st Week

Who said consumers don’t buy albums anymore? Justin Timberlake‘s third album, The 20/20 Experience
, will debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart tomorrw, selling almost a million copies its first week in stores.
According to Hits Daily Double, the “Suit & Tie” crooner’s album sold 980,622 copies since dropping on Tuesday, March 19. The final sales numbers will be announced tomorrow morning via Soundscan, so there is a possible that JT’s album can still crack the million in one week mark.
Today’s number blew by previous estimates that had the album selling about 750,000 units its first week. The former boy band member’s last album, 2007′s Future Sex Love Sounds, sold 648,000 copies its first week in stores.
Next up for Timberlake is the Legend of the Summer stadium tour, which he is co-headlining with Jay-Z and kicks of July 17. The duo is also headlining the Wireless Festival 2013 in London about a week before their tour set out.

Is Bow Wow Broke
Is Bow Wow Broke?Random
Bow Wow broke? Yesterday the rapper/actor, formerly known as “Lil Bow Wow”, embarrasingly revealed to a judge that he has just $1500 in a checking account and is unable to afford child support payments for his baby daughter Shai. Bow Wow’s financial troubles are shocking when you recall that the 25 year old “retired” from rap three years ago because he had “accomplished everything in music.” It’s unbelievable that someone who has sold millions of albums, had 10 hit singles and starred in dozens of television shows and movies would be flat broke. But as we learned yesterday with our list of broke athletes, anything is possible nowadays…
Hello Greyhound? Ya I need a ride…
In a court filing yesterday, Bow Wow claimed he could not afford to pay $3000 a month in child support to his daughter Shai and ex-girlfriend Joie. Bow Wow explained that his entire monthly income is $4000, which he receives as a roster artist for Cash Money Records. Bow Wow further explained that he has exactly $1500 in his checking account and is currently leasing a Jeep. His income will get a much needed boost now that he has been announced as the new host of BET’s “106 & Park”, but clearly Bow Wow is in some murky financial waters. The judge eventually ordered Bow Wow to pay the full $3000 a month child support plus $11,500 in back payments.

Bow Wow Withdraws Entire Net Worth
Yesterday’s news comes almost exactly a year after a New York Post blind item alleged that the rapper drove a $200,000 Bentley to his agent’s office where he begged for money because he was “dead broke” and couldn’t afford a $5000 child support judgement. A few weeks later Bow Wow vehemently denied reports that his Bentley had been repossessed, but at the same time TMZ discovered that the rapper owed more than $91,000 to the IRS. Recent court documents also show that Bow Wow owes $283,000 to a company that leased him a Ferrari F430 in 2008. The Ferrari was repossessed in February 2009 because the rapper stopped making payments.
In an ironic twist of fate, Bow Wow should probably start trying to win the lottery for real…
This one’s a winner, I can feel it.

Justin Timberlake Says, “Legends of Summer” Tour with Jay-Z will Be a Completely Collaborative Show

Justin Timberlake recently conducted an interview with Capital FM in the United Kingdom to promote his third solo album, The 20/20 Experience.
He spoke candidly about what the album will sound like and confirmed to the radio station that Timbaland produced every single song on the album.
“It’s all me and Tim,” said the “Suit & Tie” singer. “I have recently worked with Pharrell on some stuff that he’s doing. We talked about getting back in at some point, so yeah I love both of those guys. This album goes a lot of different directions. I think there is probably a little bit of what’s reminiscent of the first album and a little bit of reminiscent of the second album and some new stuff.”
Timberlake also confirmed that Beyoncé Knowles will not be on his album, but to stay tuned for something in the coming future. “We didn’t do anything on this for mine, but that’s not to say down the road there can’t be a single version of something. But yeah, it’s a lot of me and Tim.”
Finally, JT elaborated on what the upcoming “Legends Of Summer” Tour will be like, stating that the two will be working very closely together instead of having separate sets.
“It’s a North American tour, but we are sharing the Wireless Tour. We are still working it out but the idea is like a completely random reference but I remember seeing Elton [John] and Billy Joel go on tour together and the way they mixed each others songs. I don’t want to give too much away, but it’s going to be a completely collaborative show.”

Keke Palmer,Lil Mama and Drew Sidora Cast as TLC in VH1 Upcoming Biopic

The cast of the upcoming biopic about storied R&B trio TLC has been finalized. Keke Palmer, Lil Mama and Drew Sidora have been cast as to play the roles of Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes and Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins, respectively.
Deadline reports that the name of the full-length TV movie will be called Crazy, S-xy, Cool: The TLC Story and air on VH1. The movie’s title incorporates the name of the Grammy Award winning group’s 1994 album CrazyS-xyCool.
“TLC are truly music pioneers and this movie is a fantastic way to expand our scripted push by combining our audience’s passion for music with their love of story,” said Jeff Olde, VH1′s EVP Original Programming and Production in a press statement.
The film’s script was written by Kate Lanier and will be directed by Charles Stone III (Drumline, Paid In Full). Although Lopes perished in a car accident in Honduras in 2002, the remaining members will serve as consultants and executive producers of the films. Late last year, the surviving members also announced plans to record a new album as TLC.
Previously, MC Lyte spilled the beans about rapper Lil Mama’s casting, while Keke Palmer’s selection was revealed yesterday. Crazy, Hot, Cool: The TLC Story is scheduled to begin shooting next month in Atlanta.
Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake To Headline Wireless Festival 2013 In London

Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z’s rumored tour together is starting to come together. One of the first clues is the duos upcoming performance headlining the Wireless Festival in London.
The loaded line-up will be headlined by the “Suit & Tie” collaborators on July 12th and July 13th. On the first day, additional performers include Frank Ocean, John Legend, Miguel, Snoop Dogg and Trey Songz with Timberlake closing the night of the 12th.
On the night of the 13th Calvin Harris, Kendrick Lamar, DJ Fresh, Emeli Sande, Miguel and Rita Ora will precede Jigga’s closing set. Mr. Timberlake and Mr. Carter are rumored to taking their show on the road for a 10-city stadium tour in the Summer according to multiple sources.
Rumors arose of a potential joint tour from Timberlake and Carter shortly after their show-stealing performance at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards that took place two weeks ago. This also comes off the heels of Jay-Z’s wife, Beyoncé announcing “The Mrs. Carter Show,” a tour that will span the globe during most of the calendar year.
Justin Timberlake’s third solo album, The 20/20 Experience, is scheduled for a March 19th release.
Stevie Wonder Thinks Lil Wayne’s Camp Should’ve Stopped him from Recording Emmett Till Lyric

Like many, Stevie Wonder is not happy with Lil Wayne’s distasteful use of Emmitt Till’s name, but he can’t seem to understand why no one warned the rapper beforehand. Wonder believes that rather than recording the lyrics, found on the remix to Future’s “Karate Chop” record, Weezy’s reference to the slain teen, should’ve never made it to the track.
“You just cannot do that,” Wonder said. “I think you got to have someone around you that – even if they are the same age or older – is wiser to say, ‘Yo, that’s not happening. Don’t do that.’
“Sometimes people have to put themselves in the place of people who they are talking about. Imagine if that happened to your mother, brother, daughter or your son. How would you feel? Have some discernment before we say certain things. That goes for me or any other (song)writer.”
Weezy has been criticized for equating “beating up” a woman’s insides, to the attack received by Till, a 14-year-old killed in 1955 for whistling at a White woman.
Epic Records has decided to pull the track, vowing to re-release the song without the disrespectful line. The label reached out to Till’s family to personally apologize for the song. Wayne however has not yet offered so much as an explanation for what may have been an inability to comprehend how inappropriate the lyric was.
USA Network Buys John Legend Crime Drama, “The Edge”

John Legend’s crime drama, The Edge, has been sold to the USA network, Vibe.com reports. Legend inked an exclusive deal with Universal Cable Productions last summer, through his production company Get Lifted Film Co., and the forthcoming project marks his second show to be picked up.
USA is the sister network to UCP.
The Edge centers around “an idealistic Harvard Business School graduate named Jeff Cross who joins a progressive financial firm called Edgeton Global, where he discovers the company’s dark secrets while becoming entangled in a high-stakes FBI investigation.”
Writing partners, Justin Herber and Adam Hoff will handle the script, and executive produce the series alongside Legend and his partners, Mike Jackson and Ty Stiklorius. “We are very excited about our first sale though our UCP deal and look forward to many more,” Legend, Jackson and Stiklorious said in a statement to the Hollywood Reporter.
In October, Fox acquired one of Legends others shows, which is currently untitled and based around a male character in his 20s who becomes guardian to his siblings. Penned by Tommy Dewey and Greg Bratman, the series is loosely inspired by Legend’s real life.
Premiere dates and casting information for both projects have not yet been revealed.
